In this phase, the station building will be built first and will have an exchange office, a clinic and a fire service, a call center, an office of the Tourism Center of Belgrade, a rent-a-car service, and a taxi station. Two outlets will also be located there, as well as two VIP salons.

The entire Belgrade Center railway project was being realized with local partners and local contractors, engineers, and workers.
