The story of BWK ENGINEERS begins in 2009, when Nikola Kadić, Milan Vučićević and Dejan Bajić decided to partner up and start their own engineering practice after working at prominent Belgrade and London MEP design offices.

Before BWK, the trio were involved in landmark projects in Serbia’s capital, Belgrade (The National Museum, Ušće Tower, Ušće Shopping Mall), United Kingdom (The Silken Hotel) and the Middle East (Abu Dhabi Central Market, Sheik Zaed National Museum).

In an effort to bring the “Made in Germany” quality and mentality to its office and expand its operations to this part of Europe, BWK established its Frankfurt office in 2015.

Since 2015, we’ve seen steep growth – from 15 employees in 2015, we’ve grown to become the regional leader in MEP engineering, HVAC systems and BIM modelling with 80+ employees.

Because of the dynamic nature of the market, we recognized the need for in-house education and training. We have successfully shared our know-how with more than 30 young engineers and draftsmen through courses, workshops, webinars and tailored mentoring.
