At BWK Engineers, we take immense pride in our pivotal role in the extensive modernization and refurbishment of the iconic Bienenkorbhaus, nestled at the bustling Konstablerwache and Frankfurt's renowned Zeil. This architectural gem, designated as a listed building since 2014, is undergoing a transformative renewal under the expert guidance of Züblin, a reputable Stuttgart-based construction company. Comprising a 12-story, 43-meter-high high-rise and an adjacent six-story annex on the Zeil, this building complex offers a harmonious blend of heritage and modernity. With a total of 7,000 square meters of office space and 3,500 square meters of retail space, the Bienenkorbhaus is poised to reclaim its place as a vibrant hub in the heart of Frankfurt.

BWK Engineers is responsible for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Public Health design, ensuring the comfort, safety, and functionality of this historic landmark.
